Bar-tailed Godwit ~ Chasing a Rarity
A friend and I took a chance and made the 100 mile round trip drive to see this bird. We arrived at the beach just after 7am where we ran into John also looking for the bird. Photographer & Birding/Wildlife Tour Guide ~ Exploring the beauty found in Southwest Florida has been a joy of mine for many years. Bird photography is my passion but I don't miss the chance to catch a sunrise, flower, animal or sea creatures that are found here. In these galleries you will find images from the beautiful wide open beaches to the solitude of the inland marshes and swamps. I hope you will find my images a perfect addition to your fine art collection. All wildlife is photographed using a telephoto lens at its maximum reach then cropped to give the close-up appearance. Please respect wildlife and keep a safe distance. My Websites: Meg Rousher.com Pixel.com Fine Art America.com Commercial Liicensing Social...
