Description
Roseate Spoonbill
Once called the Pink Curlew and often mistaken for an American Flamingo, these beautiful birds can be found along the Gulf of Mexico feeding in shallow waters. They walk forward slowly while swinging their heads from side to side, sifting the muck with their wide flat bills.
